Key Responsibilities
Communicate directly, and on behalf of the Managing Partner with employees, vendors, clients or financial institutions
Ensure that the tasks and responsibilities delegated to employees are fulfilled in due time
Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, zoom calls etc.
Handle all communication on behalf of the managing partner- answering phone calls, drafting and sending e-mails
Maintain and submit records of salaries, leaves, advances, late arrivals of all employees
Make travel arrangements, bookings, reservations etc.
Keep track of bill payments, credit card payments, insurance renewals etc.
Monitor office supplies and request for new orders as per requirements
Ensure smooth repair and maintenance of office equipments, computers etc., calling vendors and getting work done
Oversee housekeeping staff
Requirements
3-5 years experience as an assistant or secretary to the MD of a company
Should have graduated from a secretarial college
Female only, married, preferably with kids
Should be proficient in using computers, MS Office and MS Excel
Needs to have excellent follow up skills
Good command over English
Good typing speed
Professional and friendly disposition
