Outbound process: Up sell & cross-sell executive and certification courses
Inbound Process: Attend to the sales & services calls received on the customer care numbers.
Online Chat Process: Be available to address any query coming through online chat mode.
Responsible for converting telephone inquiries into admissions.
Responsible for achieving business targets through effective counselling as per the timelines.
Self-motivated & Confident.
Education Qualification: -
Graduates (in any stream) & Post-graduates can also apply. Diploma = 12th + 3 yrs from Engineering sector.

Salary : (Fresher with Goof English or Experienced preferred form Online Sales background)
1. Counselor Educational Sales = 180,000/- CTC // Exp 0 to 1 Year
2. Sr. Counselor Educational Sales = 228,000/- CTC // Exp 1 to 2+Years
