Job Description
Project Design Planning
- Collecting inputs from internal stakeholders and design consultants
- Successful planning, executing, and delivering the projects in the defined timeline
- Co-ordinate with internal teams and vendor to finalize project prerequisites
- Understand and submit schedule of domain engineering work packages as applicable (mechanical / electrical / control / automation domain)
- Evaluate process drawings, BOQ / tender drawings submitted by consultants/ vendor design
- Prepare and review Level 3 plans for domain engineering work packages
Project Design Execution Monitoring
- Review and ensure availability of correct, consistent, and comprehensive drawings, installation plan and specification with the contractor
- Monitor the delivery and work quality of consultants and PMCs, drive efficiency, review periodically, escalate callouts, and ensure corrective actions are taken up
- Ensure the required deliverables for the vendor to be facilitated by coordinating with respective teams
- Collaborate and co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders in project
- Monitor milestones against project plan, forecast any delays and plan mitigation
- Review and approve first-level sign off on the measurement sheets, payments
Compliance & Audits
Ensure adherence to all systems & processes as required by the organization
