Require to make entry of sales and purchase in TALLY on daily basis.
To manage functions like order processing , invoicing and preparing quotations for customers.
Maintain database on daily basis.
Should have average written & Communication skills to understand common english.
Must have good knowledge of MS-Excel, MS-Office and Internet Surfing.
Answer Calls / Chat or send Emails to customers to maintain or update customer's data.
Collect feedback from customers to provide them services.
