Responsibilities

• End to End Recruitment.
• Understanding technical manpower requirement.
• Discuss with seniors.
• Sourcing CVs / candidates from different job portalsg. Shine, Naukri, Indeed and other free job portals.
• Making a job description as per requirements.
• Posting a job on Job portals.
• Calling to candidates.
• Discuss with them about their profiles.
• Short listing of CVs from portals and references as per requirement.
• Mass mailing / bulk mailing from job portals.
• Posting a job on Job portals.
• Conducting Telephonic / Personnel/ Face to Face
• Taking follow up of selected and holds profiles.
• Interaction with all Business Unit Head (BUH) for IB internal requirement.
• Interaction with Clients for requirement.
• Should have strong motivation and desire to learn.
