Responsibilities

• Find out new suppliers for Automation and Electrical items.
• Understanding technical requirement.
• Coordinate with them as per requirement.
• Handle team of Purchase.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Material availability on time.
• Logistic management with Delivery chalan, Invoice and Insurance of the material.
• Packing and forwarding should be safe and as per the requirements.
• No material without POs (Purchase order) and Payments.
• All purchase documents should be in ISO format.
• Handled 3 to 4 projects and purchased shall be managed.
• All projects filling should be maintained.
