Job Description
JD Brand Marketing (Private Labels)
MBA from Tier 1 B College - 2018/2019 pass out only
Role Summary:
- The incumbent would be responsible to
develop the brand architecture and brand
strategy playbook
- Own key success metrics and analyze
performance
- Handpick the right business partners (
creative agency / digital agency ) and
build a strong relationship with them
- Creative execution of the strategy through
branding and communication
- Extend brand imagery into the entire
customer experience from merchandising,
packaging, service to build a
differentiated experience and create
delight
- Identify non-traditional levers to activate
the brand e.g.: Influencers, Events,
Engagement
- Build Cause Marketing as a key pillar of
the brand
- Develop high impact pitch presentations/
AVs to bring the proposition alive with
key stakeholders for developing a deep
consumer understanding of triggers and
barriers for of online shopping across
categories
- Deliver on business goals of GMV, units,
share and traffic by building brand equity
/ recall, customer pull, traffic and
conversions.
- Independently leading, managing and
delivering on key projects
Desired Background:
- Candidates with an MBA in marketing.
Beauty and personal care experience will
be a plus
- 2 to 6 years of experience in Brand
Management, Marketing, Communication.
Experience in e-commerce will be an
advantage but not mandatory. (Knowledge is must in e-commerce )
- Project & stakeholder management
- Understanding of Brand positioning,
Communication development, Digital &
Social Marketing.
- Creative (Copy & Visual) thinking &
assessment
- Startup experience is an advantage
