A person is the one who is responsible for carrying to sales activities, developing New Business the organization, and generating leads and meetings for the management required to achieve sales target.
Responsibilities
- 1. Converting leads for the Organization.
- 2. Keeping track of the proposal Submitted and keeping communication with the internal and external teams.
- Providing relevant leads/inquiries (after discussion with management) for the organization
- Registering on new company portals, registering for (online/physical) exhibitions, and attending them.
- Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress
- Analyzing sales data.
- Tendering / registration for the panels
- Keeping track of the leads generated
- Maintaining the leads generated in the ERP and keeping it updated
- Sharing the leads with the estimation team and management for further action
- Reaching out to prospective clients on a continuous basis
- Ensuring that the leads generated are serviced (proposal sent/declined etc.)
- Build and maintain client relations
- Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
- Monitor the ongoing projects of clients and convey the message of the client to the production team and vice e versa.
- Stay in touch with the accounts team for the creation of challan etc. and generation of invoices as per payment term
- Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads
- Willingness to travel
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
