Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibility Areas:

Counsel the clients with upgraded immigration information, pertaining to their age, education, work experience, language, eligibility and their chances of immigration.

Interact with professionals / clients in person and assist them with the overseas process.

Apprehend the expectations and requirements of the clients and aid them with relevant overseas career opportunities (taking into account all the eligibility factors).

Provide updates to the clients via emails and phone calls.

Generate feed backs from clients and prepare your daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.

What you have got

Self-learning and development skills with respect to product knowledge in order to provide value services to clients.

Excellent communication skills &fluency in English language (mandatory).

Exceptional problem-solving and customer service skills.

Aptitude to work in a team.

Urge to learn and grow.
