SEGMENT HIRING:

Age is not below than 25 yrs and Maximum 45

Graduate or MBA

Qualification:-Graduation

Experience: 5 yr 15 yr

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

Managing the team of URM, RM, Sr. RM
Encouraging bank staff
Arranging training programs for bank staff on products
Increasing productivity
Increase in number of active branches.
Achieving sales targets

SKILL REQUIRED:-

Have Managerial Skill

Have Training skill

Have Motivational skill

Salary package will be To5.5 LACS 8.5 Lacs
