Job responsibilities:- Knowledge: Housing Finance Product, Government Legislations & Authorities, Fundamental knowledge of Legal & Technical

Skills: Credit Appraisal, Risk Analysis, Analytical Skills, Compliance with company norms/ policies.
Job Description:
1. Responsible for supervising the Credit functions of the region 2. Repayment capacity appraisal, due diligence checks, etc. 3. Monitoring legal & Technical appraisals 4. Ensuring speedy disbursals of Home Loans 5. Monitoring proper documentation of loan files of the region 6. Monitor the competitors market activities and recommend future strategies 7. Customer service Attending to customer inquires / grievance on a timely basis, monitoring and redressing customer grievances and finding solutions for the chronic issues. 8. Train Supporting Staff on Policies & Procedures 9. Audit to ensure that the conditions specified in the disbursement advice have been adhered to and that all loan documents are duly filled and stamped / franked 10. Random verification of properties financed during branch visits 11. Verifying files where subsequent disbursement request are not forthcoming within a specified time frame 12. Ensure all NHB norms and audit requirements are being adhered to
