Desktop hard ware troubleshooting & part replacement, Printer/ Scanner, HUB/ Switch Installation- Hardware trained, Knowledge of remote access applications like RDP, Putty etc , Understanding of Drivers/ Patches/ Tools download from OEM web site.Basic Networking
Android and IOS knowledge, Anti Virus Support at client side
Desired Candidate:
Qualification: Graduate Mandatory
Exp range: Minimum 1 yr experience in Desktop support
Good Communication skills.
