We are a leading HR consulting agency (YORS HR SERVICES Pvt. Ltd.) in Pune for the past 1decade. We
are predominantly in Recruitment IT and Non-IT, HR Outsourcing, Contract Staffing, Career Counseling,
and Training & Development.
One of our esteemed clients, who are NBFC, is engaged in the business of financing Consumer loans for
the purchase of goods and services from various channels such as online, offline, and mobile as well as
direct personal loans to consumers and more particularly to the customers when required. The company is
intending to open up new vistas in consumer credit financing for online as well as offline purchases using
the latest technology as an aid. Company constant efforts to financially empower their customers led
them to be present across various segments of business like Online Purchase Loan, Personal Loan, and
newest offering Revolving Line of Credit.
Currently, we are looking for a Lead PHP Developer, who will be working with a team of hardworking,
creative programmers and developers, and as a result, you will have the opportunity to grow
professionally and refine your skills. We expect the Candidate to be responsible, honest, dedicated, and a
thorough professional.
Job Description:
A PHP Developer is responsible for creating and implementing an array of Web-based products using
PHP, MySQL, Laravel, Ajax, and JavaScript. You develop back-end components, connect the application
with other web services, and assist front-end developers by ensuring their work integrates with the
application. Also, you might be asked to develop and integrate plug-ins for popular frameworks.
Position: Lead PHP Developer(Work from Office Only)
Experience: 5 to 10 years
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Salary: As per company norms
Responsibilities:
- Design, estimate, and code new features.
- Architect new applications and expand existing ones.
- Investigate and fix production issues.
- Define, document, and enforce engineering standards.
- Perform code reviews of your team member's work.
- Mentor junior Developers.
- Participate in software design discussions.
- Participate in sprint planning and other project management meetings.
- Ensure all code that goes to production is of top quality.
- Ensure existing applications are scaled to meet expected demand.
- Identify and fix gaps in system reliability, such as production monitoring.
- Continuously improve the software infrastructure, such as the deployment process.
Requirements:
- 5+ years with object-oriented programming in PHP.
- 2+ years of experience with Laravel.
- 2+ years with databases such as MySQL / Mongo dB or any others.
- Complex SQL queries and database schema design.
- Experience with modern server components (Memcached, Redis, RabbitMQ, Elastic Search)
- Working in a collaborative team environment using tools like JIRA and Git.
- Consuming and creating web services.
- Stable work history and an ability to collaborate effectively.
- Understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages Good to Have:
- Scrum or other agile methodologies.
- Collaborating with engineering teams in multiple locations.
- Systems integration.
- Distributed systems.
- Service-oriented architecture.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Unit testing.
- Load testing.
- Page load optimization.
- Responsive design.
- Other technologies like Python, MongoDB, React
