Essential:Good Communication Skills

Worked with PostGreSQL
Knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery and replication solutions and best practices
Demonstrated experience implementing deploying database servers
Expertise in writing SQL queries, analyzing query performance using query plans and tuning query performance
Advance knowledge of Backups, restores and recovery models.
-Advance knowledge of indexes, index management, and statistics.
Monitoring databases to optimize database performance and diagnosing any issues.
Proactive in updating the latest security patches to Enterprise PostgreSQL database.
Reviewing service-related reports related to disk space, backups and alerting on a daily basis to ensure service-related issues are identified and resolved within established SLAs.
Maintained Database authentication modes, creation of users, assigning roles to users and managing user permissions, resolving Blocks and deadlocks.
Setup and monitoring of DB/Server Maintenance jobs and alerts.

Desirable: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Must be proactive and self-motivated
Strong knowledge of architecture, core DBA skills for supporting database
Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and writing skills.
Good analysis and design capabilities
Job Profile
End to end database administrate
Ensure uptime of service and resolution of any integration/ complaint related database
Troubleshooting of the issue
Routine reporting as per Standard Processes
Ensure all logs and certificates are maintained properly
Day to Day job schedule and sending report
Monitoring Database
Generating customized report
