We are looking for people (Tech Graduates and Freshers) Knowledge of network troubleshooting willing to work in noida tech support
Job Description:
-Provide L1 Level Customer Support
- Provide exceptional support while communicating and assisting customers. Ensure that high quality standards are maintained for all customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Resolve tickets Analyze customer reported information to identify problems and concerns.
- Perform problem research and testing when necessary.
- Deliver high quality and timely resolutions to problems.
- Initiate follow-up to other service areas when appropriate.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary.
Eligibility:
Tech Graduates (Btech/BCA/MSC/BSC/MTECH/MCA) etc
Good communication skills
Good Knowledge of networking
Salary - 3,20,000 per anum (21,000 per month )
Shift:24*7
Work Days:5 days working with 2 days rotational offs
