Minimum of 2 years of Research/Business analyst in a Market research company.
Ability to frame a research plan, gather insights from secondary & primary (Quantitative)
research
Executing quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights.
Should have Excellent MS-Excel/Google Spreadsheet skills
Knowledge of any programming language SQL/Python
Know how to use any statistical tool - R, Strata, SPSS will be an advantage.
Ability to work flexibly and efficiently, exercising a balance between research rigor and
intrapersonal skills
High comfort level in working within a self-directed culture and navigating ambiguity;
Openness to critique from other disciplines and curiosity to learn from a spectrum of
perspectives
Should be willing to work in fast paced, energetic and high pressure environments
