- Lead a group of highly ambitious and high performing engineers to amazing outcomes for the product & business - both on the B2B and the B2C side

- Estimate, plan, divide and conquer customer problem statements through sturdily developed & performant technical solutions
Client Details :
The client provides essential financial services to its customers & aims to take basic banking services to the doorstep of every Indian. In order to cater to the needs of the underserved and unbanked population in the country, their products are built as a solution to the problems posed by traditional banking. Also aim to make payments cashless and seamless. The product for financial inclusion will be targeting 300 million financially underserved population of India.
Description :
- Taking ownership of the problem statement end-to-end

- Lead a diverse team of high performing engineers who set new standards every day

- To be able to hire, mentor, and grow the engineering team

- Estimate, plan, divide and conquer customer problem statements

- Through sturdily developed & performant technical solutions
Profile :
- 12+ years of experience as an engineer or a lead solving real-world customer problems

- Experience in Payment gateway/wallets would be an added advantage

- 5 years of experience as a people manager

- Proven track record of building and managing high performing engineering teams

- The ability to convince, negotiate and work with equally competent and smart stakeholders

- Experience building complex technical solutions

- A strong grasp of technology such as Java
