- The purpose of this role is to provide support in developing and managing robust reward programs for the corporate office, along with the extended business entities.
- Designing of new initiatives and implementation of running P&R programs
- Analysing existing compensation and reward policies (Short term, Long Term & Benefits Programs) basis the research and market data develop/propose a competitive solution
- Responsible for releasing performance & reward-related dashboards, MIS, audit reports, etc.
- MBA is good to have.
- Data-oriented and hands-on with numbers.
- Excellent Analytical, MS Excel & Presentations skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
