Experience of 3-4 from MBA Tier 1 Pass out in Business development ,Sales, Channel sales, Distributor handling and management
and
Non Tier 1 MBA Institutes should range between 8-12 Years out of which 3-4 years should be as an Area Sales Manager with expertise in Business development ,Sales, Channel sales, Distributor handling and management is a must.
Need suitable candidates from FMCG companies only matching the following criteria:
1. Turnover currently handled should be between 100-200 Cr Annually. If it's more thats an advantage
2. Team size should be 30-50 people (on rolls & off rolls)
3. Strong at distribution/channel sales/general trade
For Bangalore and Hyderabad - We need Tier 1 MBA background of (2017/2018/2019) pass out years.
Market knowledge and language required for the region applied.
About the role:
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Building the entire demand function across multiple cities from scratch
- Understanding the different types of buyer cohorts
- Acquiring different types of buyers and generating business from them
- Hiring a field team and managing them
- Problem solving for every single type of buyer cohort separately
- Creating tracking mechanisms to derive maximum efficiency out of the sales team
- Working closely with supply and operations team to ensure high customer retention and revenue
growth
- Key account management with high ticket buyers
- Manage a multi-layered team of 40-50 people and be responsible for their performance. Also, guide
them on the best practices and way ahead.
