Job Description
Role: Web Developments
Experience: 3 to 6 Years
We are looking for a Web Development- Team lead to be responsible for leading a team of web developers. The responsibilities of a Web Development-Team Lead include overseeing a project from conception to implementation, designing and developing web architecture, and providing guidance on technical issues.
To be successful as a Web Development-Team Lead, you should be comfortable working within a team, have a keen eye for detail, and have excellent organizational skills. Ultimately, a top-notch Web Development-Team Lead should have strong leadership qualities, be able to provide guidance and support and be highly accurate.
Responsibilities:
- Write clean , well-designed code, fast PHP to a high standard, secure in a timely and scalable way
- Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules
- Designing and developing front-end and back-end web architecture.
- Developing servers and databases.
- Developing and supporting projects from conception to implementation.
- Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
- Interpreting business specifications, identifying website user requirements and produce detailed specifications
- Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
- Follow industry best practices and staying up-to-date with industry developments.
- Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary
- Troubleshooting, testing and maintaining the core product software and databases
- Creating timeframes and work schedules to meet deadlines.
- Communicating effectively with various stake holders and teams.
Requirements:
- BTech with Any background. (CSE/IT preferred) 3-6 Years Developmental experience in IT Industry
- Experience in PHP Development
- Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP
- Experience in CMS - WordPress
- Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX etc.
- Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services
- Experience in Creating and Integrating APIS (Using Ajax, CURL)
- Experience in Integrating Payment Gateways
- Experience in working with third-party Plug-ins like PDF, Data table, Charts etc
- Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas
