Job Profile :Marketing Executive - Digital/Offline/Online

Offline Channels

Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily
Ideate, plan and execute the social media calendar the brand on various platforms.
2.Influncers & community building
Ensuring you build a collaborative environment and space with external parties including offline events and influencers online.
Collaborating with online influencers, Chefs and other parties relevant to the brand's identity.
3.Customer Relationships
Ensuring customers undergo a smooth purchase experience.
Assisting in escalating customer grievances and ensuring they are sorted.
Communicate with customer, respond to their queries/comments in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
4.Vendor Management & store visits
Coordinating with vendors on marketing collaterals and other brand merchandised items.
Visiting our retail outlets along with a marketing hygiene checklist ensuring the store guideline are abided by throughout.
Candidate requirement
Minimum 3+ years of work experience in the field of marketing or food industry
Savvy in Social media marketing
Good grasp of Instagram, Facebook features and interface
Excellent English
Ability to deliver creative text and appealing visual content.
Knowledge of online marketing channels
Excellent communication skills
Analytical and multitasking skills
Brownie points if you love eating seafood
