After Sales Service Manager-Mohali (To manage 50 technician's Team during warranty of Bath fittings) @ P & I Management

To ensure excellent customer service delivery at the Customer Care Centre at all times- Handling 50,000 to 60,000 Calls per year aimed at ensuring proper repair order flow to satisfy warranty requirements for Bath Fittings.

To work with the store department as appropriate to ensure proper stocking of high use parts. Follow up the stock of spare parts periodically to keep a balanced stock.
To obtain competitive bids on all tools, equipment and supplies for cost maximization.
To monitor the team to ensure that customer inconveniences, complaints and misunderstandings are dealt with fairly and quickly.
To proactively plan for service business expansion. and bring down the service call closing time strategically to minimum hours.
