Job Description

Job responsibility involves managing various customers for Trouble shooting and diagnostics of Desktop, Laptop, Printers, Servers, Various Operating systems like Windows 10, Linux, MS Outlook, and other client end applications like SAP etc. Trouble shooting skills on desktops, Laptops, Servers, Storage, would be most preferred and will help enable better acceptability. Familiarity with Ticketing software's like BMC remedy, Manage engine etc will be good.
