Lead/ Principal Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

Architect and implement scalable shared services and APIs balancing long term vision well with short term goals

Work closely with a team of product managers, cross cloud architects, performance and quality experts to build scalable enterprise solutions

Build infrastructural capabilities required for continuously monitoring the services

Hands on delivering code with high quality and own the product/ services in production

Perform architectural reviews

Mentor junior engineers

Participate and promote architectural initiatives

Adopt, embrace, and promote agile practices

Experience/ Desired Skills:

Strong experience in building scalable enterprise services

Deep knowledge of object oriented programming & experience with at least one object oriented programming language, preferably Java

Solid understanding of RDBMS and SQL

Strong focus on architectural drivers & commitment towards software engineering best practices

Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working in agile environment

Masters/ Bachelors degree in computers or any related field with 12 years of experience in software development

Education:

UG:   B.Tech/B.E. - Computers

PG:  Post Graduation Not Required
