JD for Resource Manager:

Responsibilities

• Ensuring timely & correct allocations in system
• Bench Management - Tracking & Minimization
• Bench Forecasting & Redeployment
• Utilization tracking & improvement
• Ensuring demand quality & timely closure (reviewing each SO)
• Internal & External Fulfilment with WFM Core teams & Recruitment teams help
• Ensuring skills & profiles are updated timely
• Leveraging Train & Deploy Model
• Drive Productive use of Bench
• Unit level MIS reporting on bench, overheads, utilization & Reviews with Unit Head

Technical/Functional/ Process/Domain Skills Required

• Resource Management
• Basic Project Management & Order to Cash Lifecycle
• Good understanding of Recruitment Lifecycle & Talent Pools
• Tools/Packages:
• Worksheets/Reporting Tools like MS Excel - Pivots/VLOOKUPs/Macros/Graphs
• ERP packages like PeopleSoft (HR or Financial Module) (good to have)
• ATS tools like Hirecraft/Tallint/Taleo (good to have)
• Awareness of Cloud / Infrastructure Management Services (good to have)

Soft Skills Required

• Self Managed and Disciplined to close tasks timely
• Ownership & drive to take actions to closure with business
• Analytical and Quantitative Ability
• Problem Solving Ability
• Excellent Attention to Details
• Good verbal and written communication skills
