Legal Consultant for Society @ Sankalp Placements

Job description

He will be responsible for complete legal activities of the division. Exposure to all legal proceedings with respect to Real estate / construction business is a must.
Required Candidate profile

BL / LLB with at least 5 years experience in a handling Society Matters and Individual Matters. Should have the skills to take care of complete LEGAL activities.
Primary skills:

Should have good legal aptitude, good grasp over the basic contract terminologies and structure, and good working knowledge of contracts
Fair knowledge of Indian Contract Act, 1972 and other the principles underlying the law of contracts
Experience working on Contracts (Contracts redlining, abstraction, summarization) preferable.
Should be able to guide on the legal provisions / practices,
Should be able to draft Minutes, Legal Notices, Recovery notice,
Should be able to Opine on various issues like parking, election, associate membership, nomination, transfer of property, compliance of various records and registers as per byelaws etc.
Should be able to provide legal / expert opinion, suggestion, format for the notice, complaints etc. as may be required by the members as and when needed.
Should be able to provide an opportunity to its registered members to avail legal assistance / support.
Should have Expertise in Cooperative Housing Society, Self-Redevelopment, RERA , Consumer Protection Act, Car Parking , Transfer of Flats, Recovery of dues , Registration of stamp duty Etc.
Secondary skills:

Should be able to work under defined KPIs/ SLAs and other parameters and guidelines
Good analytical skills, reasoning, and logical ability
Good legal summarization skills
Should be able to manage multiple tasks often with competing deadlines.
Should be able to analyze and draw meaningful information from dispersed set of information
Should be able to pick up process knowledge, workflows and operating procedures and managers instructions
Should be proficient with computers and computer applications
Education
UG :LLB in Any Specialization
PG :LLM in Any Specialization
