Job Description

hiring for fresher in injection mold design and manufacturing. Technical knowledge:- All types of plastic injection molds(viz. hot runner, cold runner, 3 plate, 2 plate, etc). Electrode design for manufacturability. All manufacturing processes related to mold manufacturing. Basic knowledge of different plastics and their properties. Technical software required Thorough efficacy with Solid works(Assembly + Drafting & Detailing in software) AUTODESK MOLD FLOW analysis (Preferred). Basic knowledge of AUTO CAD Other basic requirements MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc. Knowledge of and efficacy with the Internet. Team work and team spirit. Responsibilities :- Mold design Electrode design Making reference drawings for EDM, Wire-cut, milling, turning , etc. Mold flow analysis (preferred)
