We have a job opening for a Store Officer in Capital Goods mfg. @ Jogeshwari, Mumbai.

Designation: Stores Officer
Experience: 4 year experience
Qualification: B.Com. , B.A. , B.Sc
Job Location: Jogeshwari, Mumbai.
Key skill requirement (Mandatory):
- Basic Understanding / Reading design drawing.
- Inventory control & Stock maintenance
- Able to assess the acceptance of material provided by the supplier/vendor against basic user specifications.
- Knowledge of SAP MM / ERP system
- Basic knowledge of engineering items
- Knowledge / masters in advanced excel and MS access.
Level Specific Accountabilities:
- Issue of RM to drawing and SAP
- Arranging Raw material as per request from Purchase
- Receiving the material and checking Quantity and Weight of the material.
- Barcoding of all Items received at company against PO
- Maintaining Stock of RM & Consumable
- Follow up for consumable and RM
- Issue of material for Project as per BOM
- Preparing challans and keeping records.
- Intimation to purchase department after receiving material.
- QC parts stock
- Raw material issue. (physical and in SAP also)
- Preparing job work challan.
- Monthly MIS
- Send invoices to SSC team
- Transport arrangement for Dispatch & Dispatch activity
