Job Description

Job responsibility involves being able to Acquire new talent using data from JOB portals, speaking to diverse set of candidates for onboarding and doing there compliances for PF, ESIC, submitting to customers, taking feedbacks from customers about various engineers, Counselling and managing issues of engineers for various HR aspects and ensuring onboardings are managed keeping deadlines in mind utilizing other HR team members. Job involves interacting with Customer as well as other Junior HR members to set expectations, giving feedbacks and ensuring candidates are onboarded effectively. Fluency in Communication verbal and written is a MUST for HR Admin executive, must be a good team player, should be confident in using Outlook, Word, Excel as basic skills etc. Should be a good people manager.
