Stores/ Dispatch - Officer/ Exec./ Sr. Exec @ HRS Process Systems

Qualifications: Graduate (BCom preferable)

Role:

• Role entails coordination with production, projects to ensure timely receipts of material delivery of finished goods.

• Manage transporters, vendors internal entities for timely and cost-effective despatches as per plan.

• To ensure proper alignments and functioning of Stores as per initiatives like 5S, Kaizen, etc.

• To ensure timely issue of material from Stores as per production plan.

• To ensure timely and accurate documentation, despatch notes coordination within team.

Job Profile:

• Graduate with 5-10 years exp. of working in stores function in the fabrication industry (preferably heat exchangers, pressure vessels, etc).

• Must have knowledge of the material issue, receipt activities, stock MIS, packaging, dispatch, documentation for SS/ MS material.

• Exp. of working on an ERP system will be an added advantage.
