We are hiring Territory Manager for Gold Loan - Money @ Home (MOHO), who has relevant experience in handling big team & ensuring target achievements.


Job Location:

  • Madurai
  • Coimbatore
  • Pondicherry

Objective and Responsibilities


To lead the Sales Team to achieve Sales Targets, set objectives along with support of the CIty Lead, research customer needs and identify solutions for the same and continuously develop leadership through effective planning and proactive recruitment


  • Resource Planning to achieve set objectives, team selection, recruitment
  • Lead, monitor and manage a team of Sales Partners
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and generate and convert leads into long-term customers
  • Stakeholder management and Long-term relationship building
  • Set objectives for the team, train and mentor the sales partners on a regular basis and give them feedback
  • Travelling throughout the territory and visiting the customers
  • Motivate and work with rigour and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled
  • Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
  • Owning and delivering sales targets for various channels


Desired Candidate Profile


  • Languages - Tamil and English are a must. Other languages are an added bonus
  • Technology Skills - Ability to use CRM, Knowledge of MS Excel and basic typing.
  • Should have managed a team of 7-10 members of Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in B2C and B2B environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proven track record of constant sales target achievement.
