We are hiring freshers for one of the Top MNC under Train & Hire process, please find the details below.
Job Profile : IT IS (Information Technology Infrastructure Services)Job Position : Full Time (Permanent)
Level of Hire:
Designation: Engineer Trainee (NSD)
Salary : INR 4,01,986 Per Annum
The eligibility criteria for registration are as below:
2020 & 2021 batch of BE / B. Tech/ ME/ M. Tech all Branches.
Minimum pass 50% in X, XII, Diploma, UG & PG (all subjects taken into consideration) as per respective university norms, calculated as below
Aggregate% = Sum of all subjects marks scored / total no. of subjects (as of last semester results declared)
Appropriate CGPA to % conversion to be considered as per university norms
No standing arrears in current education
Maximum of 2 years of gap in education
Strong written and communication skills
Open only to Indian nations
Flexible to relocate to anywhere in India, work in any shift/domain.
Job Description:
Non-Service desk associate has wide range of activities spanning from Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations. Analysts need to monitor the production servers, scheduled jobs, incident management and receiving incidents and requests from end-users, analyzing these and either responding to the end user with a solution or escalating it to the other IT teams.
Skills required: Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking and should have fair analytical and problem-solving skills. Good interpersonal skills handling internal and external customers. Associate should be open to work in 24/7 shifts, any location and should have assertive frame of mind while executing the day today tasks.

Online Aptitude Test
Virtual Technical / HR round
Candidates selected in all the above rounds, would need to undergo the Training at Savantis Solutions (About 2 months), there is a cost that involved for training which will be around INR 50,000/- (Excluding Taxes), this has to be paid by the candidates while they enroll for training. Post the Training, CTS will hire these candidates on their payroll. It is a Permanent role. There is no employment Bond.
