Primary Responsibilities

• Project Management
• Trade Settlements
• Managing Exchange Relationships
• Managing Banking Relationships
• Communicating with the Traders, Custodians, Clients and ensuring that the trades are booked & settled in a timely and accurate manner
• Regulatory Reporting
• Collateral/ Margins Management
• Coordinate with Risk/ Client Relationship teams

3. Ability to absorb information and learn quickly
4. Sound Technical knowledge
5. Exhibit a strong sense of urgency, accountability, ownership

7. Well conversant with Equity market rules and regulations preferred
8. Project experience required
9. Knowledge of Exchange Regulations
10. Knowledge of Primary market processes like IPOs, OFS, QIP etc.
