We are currently hiring for Sr. HR Recruiter(Work from Home)

Position: Sr. HR Recruiter
Experience:Minimum1year as a Hr Recruiter .
Canididates should have a BPO sector Recruiment experience is mandatory.
Salary:14000-35000p.m
Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days Max
Its Day shift job and 6days working.
Sunday fixed off.
Job Description:
- Proficient with Hiring for major international or domestic BPO clients
- Experience in working with job portals like naukri, shine and other job boards
- Knowledge of sourcing candidates through job postings, bulk mailing, referencing and headhunting
- Able to network with candidates and Good Knowledge of candidate sourcing through Social media platforms and other sites
- Responsible to achieve self target
- Servicing & manage all client requirement as per the briefing.
- Must be target driven and must be able to thrive in a time pressured environment
- Good track record of closing positions and meeting targets
- Strong ability to handle virtual drives and related communications with HR
- BPO Bulk Hiring experience is mandatory
- Great at referencing and candidate relationship management
- Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team.
