Roles and Responsibilities -
- Responsible for infusing and enhancing overall CX solution design and value proposition created by the Solutions team.
- Research and identify new tools, technologies, and best practices to infuse new solutions to enhance clients CX and UX driven by Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing etc.
- Work across the organization on to identify CX enhancement opportunities for new and existing clients.
- Customer journey mapping to optimize various touchpoints that involves the Contact Center interaction or potential interaction.
- Incorporate innovation commercial structures such as Sales performance linked Gainshare, Hybrid or pure outcome-based models.
- Build new innovative delivery models to drive productivity benefits for the client and enhance customer experience leveraging latest technology offerings.
- Conduct Diagnostic and Consulting assignments to drive transformation across the contact center operations with Art-of-the-Possible transformation roadmaps or As-is and To-be target operating model covering People, Process and Technology.
- New partner discovery to enhance Contact Center offerings.
- Support Global Sales team for new CX sale pitches.
Qualification and Experience-
Graduate Degree
PGDM /MBA in Sales or marketing.
1. Minimum 15 years pure contact center experience.(BPS Industry)
2. Strong understanding of core ops, quality, training and WFM
3. Deep understanding of CX technologies such as Chatbots etc.
4. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
5. Effective work as an individual contributor
6. Vast experience responding to RFI/RFP/RFQ
7. Great presentation Skills
