You have:
  • 15+ years experience in a Human Resources function with some years in managing a team
  • Experience in leading Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits administration on a global level
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and the executive team
  • Very strong written communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical and inquisitive nature, with excellent attention to detail.
What you ll do:
  • Become a culture champion, change agent and business advocate
  • You will oversee the organization s recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes thereby help hire the right people to the right role and build a community of employees who will want to internalize and demonstrate the organization s values and ethical behaviors.
  • Frontend Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing strategies
  • Supervise the learning and development function and ensure that the learning content and programs help employees adapt, assimilate, and perform better in their roles in addition to upskilling and reskilling employees to take on new roles/fill skill gaps in the organization
  • Devise a talent management strategy that nurtures and retains talent
  • Plan and optimize the successful delivery of global HR programs, guidelines, frameworks and technologies.
  • Review and manage the day to day HR operations work related to compensation and benefits, performance management, and rewards and recognition programs
  • Be aware of market trends as they relate to our people, teams and organization to set the right benchmark across HR programs.
  • Partner with department heads to ensure HR initiatives are supporting their people, teams, growth and meeting company objectives.
