Position Purpose: Plan and conduct food service or nutritional programs
to assist in the promotion of health. Supervise activities
of a department providing food services, counselling
individuals & Dietetic Department
Key Result Areas:
Assess nutritional needs, diet restrictions and current health plans to
develop and implement dietary-care plans and provide nutritional
counselling to our team that we manage
Consult with physicians and health care personnel to determine nutritional
needs and diet restrictions of patient or client.(Need based with prior
approvals)
Monitor food service operations to ensure conformance to nutritional,
safety, sanitation and quality standards.
Coordinate recipe development and standardization and develop new
menus for independent food service operations in the company
Inspect meals served for conformance to prescribed diets and standards
of palatability and appearance.
Select, train and supervise operating teams who plan, prepare and serve
meals at various projects in the company
Organize, develop, analyze, test, and prepare special meals to name a
few - low-fat, low-cholesterol and chemical-free meals.
Plan, conduct, and evaluate dietary & nutritional study.
Confer with design, building, and equipment personnel to plan for
construction and remodeling of food service units.
Identify technological developments in diet planning at location..
Conduct audits at our location. on regular intervals
Key Competencies:
Minimum 2 years of experience in hands, MHSC / PG in Nutrition
Practical operating experience & knowledge of clinical dietetics, Diet therapy,
medical nutrition i.e. covering all aspects for various illness including oncology
Planning & prioritizing of specific dietary programs for specialist locations &
thereafter train them.
