PrimEra Medical Technologies is a captive unit of Prime Health Care (US). We provide backend services to our own Hospitals in US, including Health Information Services (HIS), Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Health Information Management (HIM) and Data Quality solutions, IT infrastructure support, etc.

Job Description:

• US Healthcare Calling Process
• Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills
• Ability to follow established work schedule; Computer savvy and good typing Skills
• Ability to follow instructions precisely; A knack for tact and diplomacy
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Good organizational skills to implement timely follow-up
• Ability to multi-task

Shift Timings: Night Shifts - 6.30PM to 3.30AM

Interview process: 3 Rounds (1st round communication, 2nd Aptitude Test, 3rd Listening Round and 4th Operational Round (Its Optional))
