Job Responsibilities:
- Primary function includes Technical Leadership, Client Management and Team Leadership.
- Lead complex projects/programs from conceptual design to implementation.
- Own the application development lifecycle and leverage Agile/Iterative methodology to deliver software systems in short but progressive and impactful cycles.
- Manage project priorities and resource assignments to ensure adequate resources are available for successful projects.
- Technically guide team on Azure cloud related services, tools.
- Provide technical leadership to team on platform implementation, support etc.
- Scope project work through discovery of business requirements, non-functional requirements, and translation to technical work effort, SDLC project plans and work breakdown scheduling.
- Work on azure DevOPs for planning.
- Should be able to run the Dev sprints
Candidates Profile:
- Overall 12+ years of IT experience in delivering the solutions in various technologies, primarily in cloud (preferably Azure cloud).
- 3+ years of experience in managing team technically management and leadership of technical team of 10 or more people in dynamic, distributed, and fast-paced environments.
- 4+ years of experience in full-life cycles from estimation to final delivery.
- 3+ years of client management experience with primary accountability for peer-level client relationships (preferably at the executive level).
- Maturity in handling Azure cloud-based services and distributed applications.
- Hands on Azure DevOps, Docker, Containers, Azure Data Bricks etc.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
- Outstanding leadership skills and ability to delegate responsibilities effectively
- Hands on experience in application maintenance life cycle, Agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, Project Status reporting.
