Job Description
Req ID: 61502Software Development Senior Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
1. Gathering the Requirement and documenting them for the Work Packets.
2. Provide consultation on project design and development, managing and assisting developers to work in an onsite- offshore model.
3. Provide consultancy for software design, development, testing and manage and control production release process.Project and Program Management responsibility for Budget, Schedule and Quality.Project planning, strategy and execution.Project status monitoring and tracking.
4. Delegating tasks to team members at onsite and offshore.Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
5. Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
6. Overall responsibility of the offshore project activities on a day-to-day basis including conformance to service levels, work allocation among team members, etc.
7. Interaction and co-ordination with Business, development and Testing team.,
