Hi,

We are Hiring for International/ Domenstic Customer Service Voice Profile.

Job Description :-

Location - Noida, East Delhi

Job Title - Customer Service Representative

Qualification - Any Undergraduate/ Graduate can apply with minimum 6 months of International BPO experience.

Salary - 2.0 - 4.5 LPA

Background Preferred -

Candidates with 0 to 4 years of experience.
Excellent communication skills in English (Mandatory)
Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts.

Proficient in computer usage and Basic knowledge on MS Office

Flexibility to work in evening or night shift.
5 day working, rotational weekly offs.

Job Responsibility -

- Required to provide assistance to customers.
- Needs to interact 100% accurate English and should be working primarily in night shift.
- Should be willing to learn and grow within the organization and thus should be willing to spend time.
- Should be able to handle work pressure (multiple chats and compliance/quality along with night shifts).
- To inform the supervisor in advance of shift start in case of any unplanned absenteeism.
- To adhere to the company policies and guidelines (HR policies, Administration guidelines, Work station policy, Leave Policy, Compliance policy etc.)
- Should thrive towards maintaining a healthy schedule adherence (reporting to work and following break policy)
- Maintain a minimum TOS (time on system) as defined or outlined by your campaign.
- Work towards meeting and exceeding the targets provided as per the performance scorecard parameters/KPIs communicated.
- To keep updated on any support updates in the process by completing the self-paced training courses (if any), and/or attending all briefing sessions/team huddles.
- To effectively use all the internal/external tools and systems to perform tasks and track updates/performance.
