Job Description
1. Support Program head in Planning and delivery of the project and its related activities in coordination with Program teams to meet the timelines.2. Design implementation strategy for the programs, its expansion and review.
3. Closely work with connected car team
4. Management, Monitoring of over all day to day operation of Program and its activities.
5. Review trends in Project using standard tools, identify challenges and develop the plan to get the solution on crisis
6. Assume responsibility for the programs people and vendors.
7. Assess program performance and maximize ROI.
8. Resolve Projects higher scope issues.
12-18 year of experience
Industry PreferredPreferrably Automotive and allied industries
QualificationsBE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech in Electronics or Computer science with MBA or PGDM in Management.
Valid Project / Program management certification
Excellent problem-solving ability
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
A deep functional understanding of automotive industry and a major technology area is a plus.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
1. Believe and adhere to high level of interpersonal skills. This includes the ability to build the relationships internally and externally.
2. Willingness to learn and bring innovative methods and approach in work.
3. Ability to access, work with quality and compassion towards the cause.
4. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively
5. Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software is a strong advantage.
6. Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
