Roles & Responsibilities: -
Candidate with excellent communication with 1+yrs years of relevant experience in Inside sales & Lead Generation ( new client acquisition/ new account acquisition) .
Present the business offering and explain benefits of the Product to the prospective corporate
clients.
Convert the pipeline in to sales
Data mining , data research ,
Knowledge of Excel.
Provide a demo and explain the advantages and features of the services.
.Answer the queries raised by the customers
Entered details such as payments, account information and call logs into the computer system.
Responded to customer requests via telephone and email.
Copied, logged and scanned supporting documentation.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with
prospects; recommending
