Job Description

What Youll Do

• Develop algorithms to solve business needs (e.g.how to identify the best opportunities for customers to save money on existing loans.)
• Work hand-in-hand with the business to find the best ways to solve problems (one day you could be improving the performance of the customer experience, the next you might be developing functionality that provides complex analytics for the business.)
• Leverage the latest technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, ADO.Net, .NET Core, Vue.js, MongoDB, SignalR, Redis, AWS) to build enterprise-wide, scalable systems.
• Drive the adoption of technologies that make our systems better.
• Training and mentoring junior resources of the team Code reviews

Who You Are

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science (or related field) with 5 to 12 years of experience
• At least 4 yrs.of hands-on coding of an object-oriented language
• Must have experience with C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core
• At least 2 yrs.of experience in font-end web development (JavaScript, Vue.js, etc.)
• Should have experience in working on Finance vertical (Loan, Mortgage, Insurance, Banking).
• Experience working on a team of engineers with differing levels of experience
• Passion for professional self-improvement (anxious to explore new territory
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
