Senior Technical Project Manager @ Indegene

• Leading projects, communicating with clients and internal teams, and promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning

• Scoping tasks, phases and projects with input from multiple resources, estimations

• Development and management of project timelines and project plans

• Identification and mitigation of project risks, time to time

• Validation and presentation of project deliverables

• Assurance of quality of deliverables and operations of managed resources

• Technical analysis of project milestone deliverables including designs, wireframes, and specifications

• Understands challenges dependencies associated with a CMS implementation project like Sitecore, Drupal, AEM etc.

• Identifies risks associated with integration requirements for a web development project (e.g. UI CMS component)

• Schedules and prioritizes tasks to ensure timely delivery

• Ensures that challenges and issues faced by technical team is accurately conveyed to all stakeholders

• Establishment of close working relationships with internal team members

• Keep the communication warm and complete all the time all the internal and external stakeholders/ customers

• Track record of executing the web development projects in SLA driven committed delivery model

• Work on solutions for clients based on the scope of regular deliverables; provide resource planning, effort estimation and project execution plan

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and provide new solutions or enhancement to the existing deliverables

• Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients

• Anticipating key account changes and improvements

• Prepare project costing and budgeting for approval from internal stakeholders using pre-set templates and share it with the assigned stakeholders for client sign-off"

Desired Profile (Experience, Key Skills)

• 14+ years of experience, technical background on CMS/Web Development, Certified Scrum Master/PMP,

• Excellent communication skills as he will interact with multiple stakeholders (internal client) on a daily basis

• Experience working with CMS systems like Sitecore, Drupal, WordPress, AEM, etc.

• Knowledge of the complete SDLC of the web development and handling possible integrations with cross functional teams

• Project management experience within an agency environment utilizing both agile and waterfall methodologies

• Experience of project management software to create project plans, assign resources, monitor project progress and track expenses

• Ability to manage and execute on multiple tasks within established deadlines

• Excellent organizational, written and communication skills

• Experience in handling international customers where effective communication handling the situation is the key

• All business is conducted in English; a working proficiency is required for international candidates
