Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day technical challenges.
- Understand the business / system requirements, high level & low level design specifications.
- Responsible for the development of the assigned tasks / modules.
- Responsible for the quality of the deliverables and ensuring that the code passes the strictest of coding standards.
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and share with the team
Mandatory Skills:
- Hands-on with Java Platform (1.8 & above) having proficiency in OOPs concepts, Collections, Generics, Streams, Functional Programming.
- Spring Boot, Microservices (Microservices Design Patterns), Spring (Spring Security, Spring Integration, Spring Cloud)
- SQL/Database knowledge/Performance-Tuning - Hands on RDBMS experience (any of Oracle/PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server) including transaction management, SQL programming, basic data modelling, etc.
- JPA (Java Persistent API), Hibernate
- Web Services (Restful/Any web services)
- Should be able to write Extensive Junit test cases.
- Working knowledge of any Cloud Platform - AWS/Heroku/Azure
- Build Systems - Maven/Gradle
- Fair understanding on UML concepts and able to interpret class diagrams, component diagrams, sequence diagrams, etc.
- Familiar with design patterns and believes in the guiding principles behind these design patterns
- Applies static code analysis tools in their day-2-day development activities (like SonarLint).
- Javascript
Good To have Skills:
- Java Multi-threading (Executor Framework).
- Familiar with Containers technology (Docker) and Orchestration systems (Docker Swarm, Kubernetes)
- Angular 8/ React JS
- Any messaging knowledge [JMS, KAFKA]
- Any experience of using Static Code Analysis Tools
