What Youll Bring:

• 8 to 10 yrs experience in Test process and automation
• 2+ year experience in Agile Scrum
• At least 1 year experience in leading Quality Engineering as a practice
• An in depth knowledge of Test Design, Test Execution, Webservices testing & Defect Lifecycle
• Exposure to any one UI automation tool (Selenium) and API testing tool (Soap UI)
• Experience in working with SQL queries & Java programming
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to identify problems, gaps and contradictions.
• Strong Customer focus element with excellent interpersonal and communication skills - active listening, verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of the TU datasets is an advantage.

Impact Youll Make:

• Design test cases based on test case enumeration techniques such as BVA/Equivalence partitioning/Error guessing.
• Manage test cases in an appropriate test management tool such as Rally
• Perform execution of test cases manually and record test status in a test management tool preferably rally
• Able to work and collaborate with a cross functional agile team be vocal in agile ceremonies and contribute to the team s success
• Understand the defect lifecycle process and work with teams to fix root cause of defects
• Develop test automation scripts for UI & API in an appropriate test automation tool
• Ensure reporting of test metrics to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Perform Data Analysis from different sources.
• Analyze methodologies for process improvements, product enhancements, improved communications and faster issue resolution.
• Participate in RCA discussions with the team and ensure that defects are closed within SLA
