About the Role: Position Summary
- Responsible for overseeing the functions of the FP&A department, preparing monthly/ Quarterly forecast, Annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis, and any special projects.
- Pricing and Cost Analysis for new business proposals.
- Prepares consolidated forecasts and budgets and analyzes trends in revenue, expense, capital expenditures, and other related areas.
- Work closely with the management team and business leads.
- Assists CFO/Finance Controller in preparation of periodic management and board review materials.
- Performs necessary financial analysis and valuation models in support of company acquisition activities including scenario modeling, financial due diligence analysis as may be required.
- Assists CFO/Finance controller in planning and execution of operational cost analysis to enhance profitability and improve process efficiency.
- Works closely with sales, marketing, and other functions in assisting for any adhoc analysis to enable decision making.
Critical requirements for the role (Must-Haves)
- Qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance with strong technical knowledge.
- 3-5 years of post-qualification experience across Budgeting, Planning, Cost analysis, Pricing.
- Experience of working in IT company.
- Good communication skills and team player.
