THE POSITION:
The Key Account Manager is tasked primarily with onboarding, managing and maintaining the key
client accounts. In this role, the Key Account Manager maintains knowledge and awareness of
competing products/services, discount and pricing structures, and overall strengths to determine how
best to service and motivate key accounts to stay with the business.
In this capacity, the Key Account Manager is also responsible for ensuring that profitable sales volume
and strategic objective targets are met for the assigned key accounts. KAM is also responsible for
assessing, clarifying, and validating the consumers needs on an ongoing basis, maintaining high
customer satisfaction ratings that are up to the businesss standards.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Key Account Manager maintains an updated sales funnel and participates in regular sales
reviews.
Person will be responsible for onboarding and engaging key accounts, driving overall Phable
revenue & growth in B2B channel.
Will work closely with founders, central growth, business & ops teams to formulate growth
strategy & drive new initiatives.
Own & drive timely execution of all growth initiatives & daily sales operations - e.g. Setting-
up and meeting super-speciality doctors, management teams at Hospitals, product demos,
proposal writing, account activation, etc.
Working in synergy with the city team and ensuring smooth operations.
Keeping a track of daily, weekly and monthly performance and achieving assigned targets.
It's a high-performance individual contributor role.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Overall 3+ years of work experience.
Minimum 1+ years of experience in field sales profile is a must.
Excellent communication skills.
Educational qualification Graduate / Post-Graduate
NOTE:
It is a 100% field sales profile - the candidates will have to travel in and around the
allotted city to meet super-specialty doctors, close the deal and manage their accounts.
Two-wheeler to travel within the city is a must.
The candidates will be trained in Bangalore for approximately 15 days and then moved
to the job location.
