Company: One March IndiaAddress: The Finance Manager will be responsible for oversight of the Companys strategic planning (including budgeting and forecasting) and execution of the funding solutions. This includes managing relationships with various financial intuitions and other financial stakeholders (such as banks, rating agencies, lawyers, brokers and credit analysts), cash management functions, risk management. The Finance Manager will be responsible for driving the development, implementation and adherence of all financial and accounting policies and procedures for the business in compliance with applicable international financial reporting standards and ultimate oversight of all general ledger activities including financial reporting for the commercial entities Management of all commercial entity funding including day-to-day cash management, and rolling monthly cash flow forecasting. Ultimate oversight of financial reporting for Commercial entities on a monthly basis; Providing leadership for accounting staff supporting Campbell bulk transactions. Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets for the company and clients; Overview and oversight for maintenance of accounting transactions in Imos; Overview and oversight for commercial voyage accounting; Develop best practice financial accounting and control procedures and continually review the process and procedures to maximize impact and efficiency; Lead the coordination of external audits; Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options; Assessment and management of all business related financial risks including FX, interest rate, fuel hedging FFA and counterparty risk management; Assessment and implementation of the active hedging program in accordance with group policy; Oversee Tax matters related to commercial entities Finance Department Reporting to Chartering Director CA qualified/Certified Public Accountant(CPA) with post qualification exp of 3-5 yrs Exposure to IFRS Experience in a proper corporate sector. Must have practical knowledge in working with a corporate firm Experience in IFRS/Financial planning and Analysis/MIS/Budgeting/ Implementation of processes, reviewing of the same etc Experience in dealing with Internal Clients would be an added advantage Big 4 exposure will be advantage Familiar with local laws and regulations including VAT There would be on employee reporting unto him as of now
